Ray Davies
Director & Projects Manager
With Lorien since 2010
Ray is the engine room behind our live projects.
Once a development goes live, Ray takes full control of the programme, managing everything from scheduling through to final sign-off. He’s in constant contact with site teams, suppliers, fitters, sales, and customer care to make sure every moving part stays on track.
Whether it’s coordinating deliveries, resolving site challenges, managing appliances, or handling aftersales and remedial works, Ray keeps projects moving forward calmly and efficiently.
After more than a decade with the business, Ray’s experience, organisation, and steady approach make him a trusted point of contact for both colleagues and clients alike.
Katie Brewer
Director & Design Manager
With Lorien since 2010
Katie heads up our design function and plays a central role in shaping the kitchens our clients deliver to market.
She works closely with developers and customers to create thoughtful, practical designs that not only look great but work commercially and operationally too.
Her day-to-day role includes producing designs and quotations, sending samples, liaising with clients, and visiting sites where needed. She also supports ordering and specification to ensure each project transitions smoothly from concept into production.
Katie blends creativity with real-world developer understanding, making her designs both inspiring and deliverable.
Her collaborative, approachable style makes her a pleasure to work with from first sketch to final approval.
Neil Baker
Production Manager
With Lorien since 2012
Neil sits at the heart of our production and procurement operation.
He’s responsible for making sure every project has exactly what it needs, on time and to specification. From doors and handles to sinks, taps, lighting, and finishing components, Neil manages the ordering of all materials required for each development.
He works closely with suppliers and manufacturers, monitors lead times, and steps in to resolve any supply challenges before they impact site progress. When needed, he’ll also visit site to check measurements or specifications firsthand.
Detail-focused and dependable, Neil plays a vital role in keeping projects running smoothly behind the scenes.
Craig Harvey
Business Development Manager
Craig brings over 25 years’ experience within the KBB sector, with a background spanning manufacturing, design, installation, and project delivery.
His experience across the full lifecycle of a project gives him a strong understanding of both the technical and client-facing aspects of the business. He takes a structured, detail-focused approach to ensuring projects run smoothly from initial concept through to completion.
Craig works across both the commercial and operational sides of the business, supporting client relationships, improving processes, and helping to maintain consistent quality across every project.
Calm, methodical, and solutions-focused, Craig is a reliable point of contact for both colleagues and clients throughout the lifecycle of a project.
